By accessing or using PubAdmin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
PubAdmin is a publishing administration platform that provides music publishing rights management, automated song registration, income processing, and client reporting services. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
If you purchase a subscription or paid features, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice to you.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as QuickBooks, Spotify, Pandadoc, etc.). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of this EULA.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this EULA or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new EULA on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
